er...that is a whopper hole in the middle of the road, bomb or not finished?
They've just put a new underpass/bridge in. I'm standing on it. They must have cleared the buildings to construct it. More than 30% on the buildings here are built illegally, so probably gave them a good excuse to tear them down!
